JEFF LEDDY – PRESIDENT
Jeff holds over 30 years of experience providing consulting, project oversight, and estimating services for complex industrial and commercial construction projects. He brings a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and proven leadership to every project that he supports. Jeff’s background spans Industrial Oil & Gas, Nuclear & Conventional Power Generation, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Commercial High-Rise, and Pharmaceutical projects, which gives him a deep understanding of the diverse cost drivers, risks, and execution strategies that shape successful project decisions. Some of the notable projects that Jeff has been apart of during his career include fireproofing remediation in an operating industrial oil & gas facility (Suncor Burrard Terminal), the complete renovation of a fully occupied 25-storey high-rise (Pinnacle High-rise), and the design, procurement, & commissioning oversight of a NFPA-certified abrasive blasting and protective coatings facility. Furthermore, Jeff contributes his extensive industry expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in fireproofing coating failure analysis. Additionally, Jeff is PMP-trained and a Level 2 Certified NACE Coatings Inspector. He holds an Alberta Journeyman Plasterer Certificate, is a 4th Year Apprentice Electrician, and has sat on numerous councils, such as the Advanced Trust Management Standards as both the Pension and the Health & Wellness Trustee.
As a hobby, Jeff has always had a deep passion for automobiles, which has naturally evolved into extensive experience in vehicle restoration and procurement. Over the years, he has restored a number of classic and specialty vehicles, bringing them back to life through careful craftsmanship and strong attention to detail. His restoration work include iconic models such as a 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge, a Pontiac Firebird, and a custom 1951 Ford F-1 Drag Racing Truck, among others. Jeff’s hands-on knowledge of classic vehicles, combined with his industry connections, provides him with extensive experience with sourcing & procurement, international imports, and resorting vehicles while ensuring authenticity, quality, and long-term value.
